In a remarkable testament to their unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions to community safety, Chris Rodriguez has now achieved the distinction of being the first individual in CEMA's history to receive the Emergency Manager of the Year award three times. Notably, Chris also secured back-to-back awards in 2017 and 2018, showcasing his consistent dedication to the field.
