DFPC Wildland Fire Management Section Chief Jones and I wanted to reach out to those of you who have RSVP'd for
our State/County Wildfire Agreement and Strategic Planning meetings in Alamosa next week. Due to the increased fire
activity and affected schedules, we are going to have to move the meeting originally scheduled for Alamosa on Thursday,
August 8 at 12:30 pm to Wednesday, August 7 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be at the same location previously
advertised:

As a reminder, the first hour of the meeting (10:00 am - 11:00 am) will be to discuss updating the State/County
Agreement. The second hour of the meeting (11:00 am - 12:00 pm) will be to update all local fire partners on our new
strategic plan and get your input.
We sincerely apologize for the short notice on this schedule change, and understand if this impacts your ability to attend.
Even with the current fire activity, it is our priority to get out and interact with our partners around the state, so we hope to
see you on Wednesday!
